Progressieve frontvering Triumph Tiger 1050 07-

The productdescription on our webshop has been automatically translated. We apologize for any errors. You can always ask us questions in English.

The standard front fork suspension of your Triumph Tiger 1050 year range 2007-2018 is known to be too soft from the factory. This can lead to the front fork breaking through when the load on the front fork is higher. To prevent this, the original springs in the front fork of your motorcycle can be replaced with progressive suspension ProMoto from the well-known German brand Wilbers. Progressive suspension means that the suspension becomes stiffer as it is further compressed. This prevents unwanted sagging of the suspension.

I have 4 years driven the original suspension and tried many different setups terms of institutions, spring preload, compression and rebound damping, but never really satisfied. After installing this spring I noticed quite a difference immediately, sends much sharper, easier going through the bends and does not deviate from the line in it. I have yet to experiment with the in and rebound to get an ideal setup for me. The mounting've done myself because I had done that before in another motorcycle was just that no upside / down forks, luckily I had there the manual and I could do the job by itself to make a spring compressor ... beware! this is not just as a job, if you are not sure, I suggest you leave this by a fitter.
