Spark plug NGK BR9EIX Iridium
Spark plugs from NGK for the motorcycle are of very high quality that have proven themselves in racing and are extremely suitable for use in the motorcycle. This concerns the NGK spark plug BR9EIX. This iridium spark plug possibly replaces the BR9ES/BR9EVX.
Due to its design, an Iridium spark plug gives a more powerful spark, resulting in better ignition of the gasoline mixture. This makes the motorcycle run better (skip is prevented) and with a leaner tuned motorcycle, the ignition is noticeably better. In theory they should also be more economical, but various practical tests show that this is very marginal. However, there is also the advantage of a better starting motorcycle. The gain of an Iridium spark plug is in a finer, rounder running motorcycle and faster starts than with a standard spark plug.

Tip: it is recommended to lubricate the threads of the spark plug slightly with ceramic grease to prevent the spark plug from seizing into the cylinder head.
