Warranty and repair

If a product is defective, you can send it back to us for warranty or repair. If warranty is available for your product can be checked at the product. Please let us know in advance if you send an item back for warranty or repair and follow te stepts below:

  • Go on the screen on top to 'My account'.
  • Then go to previous orders and select the order with the defective product.
  • Klick ont he butten `Repair/warrenty` below the comment box and follow the instructions shown on the screen. Please state if it is a repair or warranty.
  • Fill in the form below and add it to your package:

Please note the following:

  • Most of our products have 2 year warranty. Exceptions are wearing parts. If a different warranty applies, this is indicated in the description of the product.
  • Be sure the product is defective. Lock out any external causes to prevent unnecessary costs (see following sections).
  • If an item is returned and it turns out NOT to be defective, we will charge € 25.00 for research (this includes our shipping costs to return the product).
  • When you send us a repair (not guarantee) research expenses have to be paid. These are offset against any actual repair costs.
  • If the repair / warranty is within the reflection period of 30 days, we will pay the shipping fees for sending back to us (if the warranty claim is justified).
