Assembly was very easy indeed, perhaps not if you don't know the basics as indicated. Then I switched to the setup in the settings of the app, which also went smoothly, but my R6 from 01 still has a bit of trouble going from 1st to 2 without a clutch, he doesn't like it 9 out of 10 he went to N so a lot of noise little speed :( and low revs when switching gears you feel a bit of resistance as if he doesn't like it. But if you give more gas (halfway the rpm) then he shifts very well BUT if you start to make too many rpms (full power, not the limited) then it gives so much resistance that I can't shift it to the next gear. So all in all, a nice product gives a nice performance, but for me it doesn't work 100%. I'm going to do it myself again to get it 100%. In retrospect it was worth it (no) since the motorcycle cost 1000 and the quick shifter cost 280 3/10 of the motorcycle :) Response from mPartz: It appears that the sensor on the gear lever is not set correctly and is not working. If you feel a lot of resistance, it means it's not doing anything. In the app you can check whether the value corresponds to the minimum value for the sensor.
Good product, works well and is easy to connect. Plug & play. Small display delay of +- 1 second after switching, but not disturbing at all on the road. Recommended!
Company is 100% ok, no problems here. Quickshifter on the other hand... after 15 km the sprockets broke, could be my fault or that of the quickshifter. Dismantled again of course and a lot of costs to repair the motorcycle... boite, bearing shells, oil pumps, everything to be replaced :( motorcycle was perfect before and low mileage. Response mPartz: If the Quickshifter is left in the standard settings, the gear changes will not work properly. completely smoothly as if you were shifting with a clutch (only faster). If you notice when using it that it seems as if you are forcing a gear into it (so you experience a heavy knock), then it is important to check the settings to see whether the QuickShifter is working properly. works correctly. This can easily be done with the free HealTech app. We (fortunately) have not heard of it before and it seems to have an underlying cause. It is of course still very annoying if something like this happens to you.
The product is of very good quality, but the strange thing is that the motorcycle management light still lights up after about 8 km. That was very disappointing because the motorcycle runs fantastic otherwise. Without the Healtech, the light will not burn. Hopefully Healthtech has a solution for this.
