Blocks don't fit properly. Need to adjust in order to use. MPartz response: If such situations occur, it is advisable to report this immediately. It may be that a mistake has been made on our end or that something else is going on and we can see how to fix something like that. We are not in favor of adjusting brake pads (this is about safety anyway). It is unfortunately no longer possible to find out why this was not immediately appropriate. |

N 'a few rides decided to disassemble it ... Even though they are anything but worn out. Brakes squeak, vibrate, brake lining itself becomes ultra smooth after driving ... Afterwards already tried to sand lightly without any improvement. Even with copper grease on the required parts (certainly not the lining.) They keep squeaking, clicking and rubbing. With the original ones that were still 50% good, nothing bothered. Maybe manufacturing error. A waste of money Response mPartz: Squealing is due to resonance between the brake pads and caliper. There is no certainty about whether or not it will act (fortunately a rarity and is independent of the brand or type of brake pad). We can imagine that it is annoying, but it cannot hurt. If the brake lining is glazed, it seems that it has been braked in too much. |

has been waiting for 5 days on brake pads but unfortunately it is Tuesday 18-12-18 and still no brake pads. Reaction mPartz: Brake pads are sent according to the liver indication. Unfortunately, it is currently known that there are delays in delivery to PostNL due to the hustle and bustle around the holidays. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.

I ordered the correct brake pads, the wrong one sent me back, but lost EUR 6.95 for returning by mail. So someone else makes an error and I have to pay, what a service. Response mPartz: We have contacted the customer to correct this. If any errors are made on our part, a customer does not have to bear the costs.

Not fit, too wide. Reaction mPartz: The customer ordered it without selection of the motorcycle. We are waiting for information to which motorcycle this is. |

Ferodo brake pad is a few tenths mm wide so jammed in the caliber mPartz Response: We have this checked together with the client and pads conform to the specifications 9.5mm thick (the same as in example Brembo and EBC). Our indication is that when placing the pistons not far enough to be pressed into the brake caliper, or may be pressed. Possibly because an motorcycle goes out in 1981 and probably is not all so easy, but this is something that has undertaken the customer. |
