rubber tore after two rides along the sharp stainless steel Reaction mPartz: We are going to handlebar a new one and indicated to the customer to check to update the edges. Seems like this issue is exemplary (luckily didn't hear of it before). |

After the winter at the first start, the set leaks out. Loosen again, clean again (wash clean), dry and reassemble unfortunately does not help. Perhaps exemplary but terribly annoying...

The springs are not the springs that were ordered. (different brand and much heavier) Contact sought with mpartz, but bad luck. Comply with the manufacturer. Assembled but handle went very heavy. The side cover creaks when squeezed. Let alone what these forces do to the decoupling mechanism. Thrown feathers in the corner and bought other feathers. These meet the specs of the motorcycle manufacturer instead of the spring manufacturer. First time mpartz, immediately the last. When I order parts, I want what I order, not what they want to lose. Response mPartz: The springs are from the renowned EBC (UK) instead of Ferodo, because Ferodo had a very long delivery time. We have discussed this with the customer and about the strength of these springs. These are 10% stronger and that is standard with EBC since this makes the clutch less likely to slip without the clutch feeling heavier. That it is very heavy and creaks, rather indicates something else (for example dry cable). It is special that these springs are subsequently discarded without complaining or having them returned. to name.

The rubbers in the fixed part are too thick so that the top piece is pushed out again. I had to stick them with 2 components glue. K will not recommend them to anyone Gr Ferry Reaction mPartz: It is important to check the inner diameter and check whether they are mounted deep enough. Tip is if you have tightened them slightly (so not yet tightened), to tap the handlebar cap with a plastic hammer if they come out slightly while tightening. |

The "active tests" of the HealTech OBD tool do not work for my Suzuki DL1000 from 2017. And let me just buy the tool for that, namely to have the possibility to open the exhaust valve (exhaust valve) and the 2nd butterfly valve ( secondary throttle valve) open or closed. For a tool of 150 Euros you can expect that all functions will work. Displaying the ECU data as numbers or graphics works, but it's not hard to get stuck there either. The service and support of HealTech does respond quickly and friendly, but the fact that such gross errors are in the software does not give me much confidence. But who knows, maybe they will surprise me with a software update after a 1.5 month wait. If you just want to see some data from your motorcycle, then the tool is good enough, but if you want to control the exhaust valve or 2nd butterfly valve, it may just not work, while your motorcycle type is neatly listed in the list of compatible motorcycles condition. Response mPartz: As indicated in the description, it is a diagnosis tool to find out any errors or error messages in the system. Not to (temporarily) adjust settings. For that you need an original tool from Suzuki (and then you are talking about a completely different price category). |

The seal ring is not the same, among other things the thickness is not right. The existing seal is 54mm instead of 55mm. So the seal will not fit on a Tuono 2003 front leg. In short, for a Tuono 2003 a 54mm oil seal should be used instead of 55mm. Because you can't get this sealing ring in and you'll break it. Response mPartz: Research has shown that this size belongs in the 2003 model. It seems that it is an obsolete motorcycle or an older front fork has been fitted.

Received a blue one And from that other seller I didn't even get the right shape. Can't get this right as far as I'm concerned. From 100- I'm going to return things. Response mPartz: Should have been a red one and has been solved free of charge. |

Just doesn't fit, despite the fact that it was indicated on the site that the cover is suitable for my motorcycle. Response mPartz: Idg it is an R1200RT and therefore DS Covers recommends a size smaller than we indicate. The size advice is always based on a bare motorcycle without any optional side cases and/or top case. If you have mounted it, take at least 1 size larger. For example, with a BMW K1600GT or Goldwing, these are not optional and the size is also taken into account. |
