Not recommended, especially due to the poor handling of a problem. After assembly, all four carburetors were found to be leaking. After disassembly and the necessary search, this turned out to be due to improperly formed rubber tips of the new float needles from this set. In the end I put the old float needles back, but in the new float needle seats from this set. This solved the problem completely. The handling from MPartz then went very stiff and unwilling. They only wanted to help if I returned a full set, which meant I had to completely disassemble everything again to be able to return the non-defective parts as well. As far as I'm concerned, this says enough about MPartz, so I won't order here again. Response mPartz: The customer has requested to investigate why the float chamber continued to overflow and whether this could possibly be due to the needle or float needle seat. That means that 4 sets have an issue and then you normally have to deal with a production error. Something that should definitely be explored. Several sets from the same production were sold in the same period without any issues being reported. We also have the sets that we have tested in stock here. They also closed nicely. We indicated that the customer wanted to examine his sets, but for understandable reasons he did not want to remove the complete sets (or at least 1). We then indicated that we might only return the needles free of charge (because, according to the customer, they were not mounted), so that we could check whether there might be an issue with that. But the customer has not taken advantage of that. If the customer does not want to return anything, we cannot investigate this (can also be the float needle height, for example).

Of course, we should not expect top quality for the money, but the end remained open when I got my motorcycle key. The ring just didn't have enough strength to snap shut again. I did my best with pliers to squeeze it shut again, but it's not pretty. |

Does not fit the Kawasaki ER-6F 2008. Reaction mPartz: This fits from 2009. From 2004-2008 the brake lever is different.

Does not fit. Not for first series r 1200 gs from 2004 but for 2005, is too small. Response mPartz: This set is not suitable for any R1200GS. The advice is to search by brand, type and year of construction or to check the list of motorcycles with the article for which it is suitable. |

1 of the two is leaking. Fast delivery Reaction mPartz: Wear to the hardened chrome or nitrate layer on the front fork can be a cause. Check if there are faint vertical stripes/smears on the front fork near the seals. This usually indicates wear, as a result of which seals can no longer connect nicely. New seals will in such a case not solve the issue with a leaking front fork. |

The adapters make the footrests about 4 cm further from the bike (wider). Thus, both the brake and accelerator pedals are no longer accessible by foot, unless you turn the feet unnaturally far inwards. I had foreseen the height difference of 3 cm, both pedals can be set lower enough, but the width difference cannot be compensated for. Unfortunately unusable so... Reaction mPartz: The adapter with which the height is set itself is 10mm wide, with which the footrest ultimately also comes out a maximum of 10mm than original. May look like a misfit if it extends 4cm further out.
